Job summary

ICare Group is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to support clients in their own homes across Huyton and the Knowsley area. You will travel between clients, provide compassionate care and help maintain independence and well-being.

Flexible hours (7am-10pm, Mon-Sun) and a £250 welcome bonus support your starts. Training is provided, and mileage between visits is paid, with additional benefits and ongoing development opportunities at ICare Group.

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.

No two days are the same, but your role may include:

• Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
• Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
• Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
• Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
• Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
• Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
• Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team
• Travelling between clients' homes across the local community
