Job summary

Avon Search is seeking a Community Care Assistant in Bristol to support adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with training provided.

The successful candidate will join a friendly team, work with flexible full or part-time hours, and receive ongoing support and development, including NVQ training and uniform provision.

Qualifications

• 12+ months care experience preferred.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential.
• Caring, reliable and motivated attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live safely and independently in their own homes.
• Join a dedicated community care team delivering home care across Bristol and surrounding areas.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care to meet individual needs.
