• Experience of caring for people in your own life (formal care experience not required).

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and support in clients' own homes, such as washing, dressing and food preparation
• Administer medication in line with each client's care plan, with full training provided
• Keep documentation promptly maintained and recorded accurately
• Support clients to enjoy life and stay as independent as possible for as long as possible
• Work as part of a close-knit team supporting clients and each other
