Job summary
Avon Search is seeking a Community Care Assistant in Bristol to support adults to live safely and independently in their own homes. The role requires a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with training provided.
The successful candidate will join a friendly team, work with flexible full or part-time hours, and receive ongoing support and development, including NVQ training and uniform provision.
Qualifications
- 12+ months care experience preferred.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential.
- Caring, reliable and motivated attitude.

An exciting opportunity for a Community Care Assistant to join a friendly and dedicated community care team, supporting adults to live safely and independently in their own homes across Newcastle.
You’ll be joining a passionate team where your work genuinely makes a difference to the people you support in Kingswood, Fishponds, Patchway & Stoke Gifford.
- Previous care experience preferred, ideally 12+ months
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
- Community care experience advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
- Caring, reliable and motivated attitude

- £13.50ph
- £0.45 per mile petrol allowance
