Home Healthcare Connected in Bristol is seeking carers to support clients in their own homes, providing personal care, meals, and medication assistance. You will travel between visits in the local area, using our carer app to streamline tasks and reduce admin time.

The role offers full training, a company mobile, a uniform, and access to a pension scheme, plus discounts through BHN Extras and the Blue Light Card. Driving is preferred to cover North and South Bristol.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome.
• Full training is provided to excel as a carer.
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.

The Role: Supporting clients in North and South Bristol, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
