Job summary

Delta Care Ltd is recruiting Home Care Assistants to provide community-based care in clients' own homes around Oldham. Evening and weekend work is available. Drivers only.

Full-time hours to suit availability. No qualifications or prior experience required as we offer full paid training. You will support with personal care, medication assistance, meals, and daily living tasks following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience: Home care 1 year (preferred)
• Licence/Certification: UK Driving Licence (required)
• Work Location: On the road

Responsibilities

• To read and follow the individualized care plan.
• To provide assistance with washing/bathing and dressing.
• To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
• To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.
• To adhere by Delta Care Ltd Health and Safety policies.

The role is community-based, providing support and care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live safely and independently. This will also consist of providing personal care, medication assistance, and meal preparation.

• To provide assistance with toileting and changing clothes, as and when necessary.
• To provide assistance with daily living tasks, including cleaning, shopping, and paying finances.

Hours of duty: Mornings: 7 AM - 2 PM & Evenings: 3 PM - 10 PM

(We kindly ask that you work every other weekend)
