Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a Home Care Assistant to visit clients in their own homes across Sleaford and surrounding areas. The role requires a driving licence and includes personal care support, medication assistance and companionship. Full training is provided for those new to care.

Flexible hours with options for contracted or zero-hour arrangements support a range of lifestyles. Experience in care is advantageous, but applicants without prior care can be trained to deliver

Our Sleaford branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.

What we are looking for:

Visiting clients in their own homes throughout the day to provide support with personal care, medication, general household duties and companionship. You must be a driver.

Care experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.
