Job summary

Prestige Nursing & Care is recruiting a Complex Care Assistant to support service users across Sleaford and surrounding areas. You will work on complex clinical needs in clients' homes, delivering high-quality, personalised care.

A full training program and client-specific training will be provided where required. This role offers hourly pay of £14.50–£16.00, zero-hour contracts, and benefits such as training, volunteer time off, holiday pay and a staff support line.

• Care experience required.
• Experience with complex clinical needs is preferred.

At Prestige Nursing & Care we provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs, supporting them to remain safe and independent within their own homes.

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated carers who have care experience to support individuals with complex clinical needs. Full training and client-specific training will be provided where required.

Experience is required for this role.
