About Prestige Nursing & Care Location

Our Plymouth branch are all long serving and have a vast knowledge of the area and our client base. Our purpose is to provide high quality, community-based specialist home care and support. We aim to work together to achieve the goals of each of our varying clients, and to make a difference in their lives.

What our client is looking for:

We are looking for additional staff to support our existing client base.

Tasks include:

  1. Personal care
  2. Administration of medication
  3. Shopping
  4. Accompanying people to attend appointments
  5. Light housework tasks
  6. Companionship
  7. Encouraging Fluids and Nutrition
  8. Supporting clients with admin tasks
  9. Safeguarding vulnerable adults

This is to cover visits in clients own homes. Skills required:

  1. Female
  2. Empathetic
  3. Trustworthy nature
  4. Patient and calm
  5. Proactive
  6. Problem solving nature
  7. Positive in their approach
  8. Reliable

We have some runs of visits but these do require a driver because they aren’t all in the same area. We do provide sufficient travel time though so you aren’t rushed getting from one visit to the next and you don’t have to jeopardise the quality of care you are giving.

Complex care experience is advantageous but full training will be provided.
