We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Care Assistant to work in our specialist Dementia Care Home, supporting residents with dignity, kindness, and respect.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support with daily activities.
  • Assisting residents with mobility and ensuring comfort.
  • Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance well-being.
  • Working closely with a caring and friendly team to create a safe, warm environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A compassionate and patient approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Experience in care (preferred but not essential – full training provided!).
