Job summary

Right at Home GF is seeking caring support workers to provide friendly companionship and help clients stay independent in their own homes across Greater London.

You will work flexible shifts (mornings 7am–2pm, evenings 5pm–10pm, alternate weekends), earn £15.00–£16.10 per care call with paid mileage at 45p per mile, and benefit from 24/7 manager support. A full UK driving licence and business use insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with business use insurance.
• Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available).
• Availability for mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Flexible Shifts: Work the days you want! Choose from mornings (7am - 2pm), evenings (5pm - 10pm), and alternate weekends

Confidence Building:

Premium Pay: Earn £15.00 - £16.10 per care call

No Rushing: We only do minimum 1-hour care calls, giving you time to actually connect with your clients and do a great job without the stress.

Familiar Faces: We have a strict "no stranger" policy. You will always be properly introduced to a client before your first visit.
