Aim Homecare is seeking empathetic and reliable carers to join their expanding team in the Fareham area. You will travel from home to home in the community, delivering personal care and companionship with a focus on dignity and support. Training is provided, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and companionship in clients' homes.

Aim Home Care is a family run Domiciliary care agency looking for empathic, responsible team members to join their fast growing friendly team.

As an Aim Home Care assistant, you will be travelling from home to home in the community delivering care.

Your duties may include; personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, domestic chores, 'Take A Break' service, companionship, escorting to appointments or simply a visit to the garden center, shopping and social interaction.

As an Aim Home Care Assistant, you can expect to be valued, looked after and respected.

Pay Rates:

During probation:

• Weekdays - £13 per hour
• Weekends - £15 per hour

Post probation:

• Weekdays - £14.50 per hour
• Weekends - £16.50 per hour

Bank holidays - £20 per hour

35p per mile from your home to first call and from last call to home as well as fuel during shifts

Working Hours:

5, 20, 30, 40 hour contracts are available

Weekend avilability is required

You will receive:
