Job summary

Vitale Care is seeking kind, reliable and compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team covering Chichester and nearby towns.

As a Care Assistant you will visit clients in their own homes, providing personal care, medication support, meal prep and companionship on a one-to-one basis. A full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are required. We offer flexible full-time and part-time roles with guaranteed hours and a supportive, values-led environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car for work.
• Demonstrate kindness, reliability and compassion in a home-care setting.
• Experience in care is welcomed but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their own homes to provide one-to-one support.
• Assist with personal care, medication support, meal preparation and household tasks.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to help clients stay independent.

We require all of our Care Assistants to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a reliable car that can be used for work purposes.

As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs. This will include: Personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Household support, Companionship and emotional support.

As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, it’s important that you can:

• When working a morning shift, be available to start from 7am
• Attend training and team meetings when required
