Vitale Care in Chichester is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our friendly team covering Chichester and surrounding areas including Bognor, Midhurst, Petworth and Emsworth. We offer both full-time and part-time roles with guaranteed hours and a supportive, value-driven workplace.

As a Care Assistant you will visit clients in their own homes providing personal care, medication support, meal prep, household assistance, companionship and emotional support.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car are required.
• Care experience isn’t required but kindness and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Personal care for clients in their own homes.
• Medication support for clients under supervision.

Pay Rates:

• £14.11ph weekdays

• £15.49ph weekends

As a Care Assistant, you will visit clients in their own homes and provide one-to-one support tailored to their individual needs. This will include: Personal care, Medication support, Meal preparation, Household support, Companionship and emotional support.

As a Care Assistant with Vitale Care, it’s important that you can:

• When working a morning shift, be available to start from 7am

• Be able to work alternate weekends

• Complete accurate care records

• Attend training and team meetings when required

• Follow company policies and best practice guidelines
