Job summary

Firstpoint Home Care is looking for compassionate Domiciliary Care Assistants to support the elderly in their own homes in Darlington. The role offers morning and evening shifts with a flexible weekend pattern and mileage allowance.

You will assist with personal care, meal preparation, medication support, and provide companionship and emotional support. A UK driving license is required; a company car is provided if you hold a full license. Weekly pay and training are included.

Qualifications

• NHS/private care experience is advantageous.
• Good level of English.
• Full clean UK driving Licence.

About The Role

Position: Domiciliary Care Assistant

Location: Darlington, Durham

Pay Rates: £12.71 per hour

Hours: Morning 07:00-13:00 Evening 16:00-22:00 (30 minute calls)

Mileage: £0.29 per mile - Cars provided IF you hold a manual license.
