Melody Care is seeking caring and reliable Home Care Assistants to join our friendly team across Hampshire and Surrey. We place you at the branch closest to your location and support clients in their own homes.

We offer guaranteed contracted hours (10, 16, 25, or 35 per week), full training, competitive pay linked to the Living Wage Foundation, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package including mileage allowance and company pension. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required.
• Full training provided.
• Must be able to work at least one evening per week and some weekend shifts.
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Help clients in the community with medication and personal care.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Run errands, shop for clients, arrange appointments.
• Provide companionship and social support.
• Assist with light cleaning duties.

With local branches in Aldershot, Alton and Camberley, we will place you at the branch most suitable for your location, supporting clients within the surrounding community.

What we offer:

• Guaranteed contracted hours of 10, 16, 25, or 35 hours per week
• Hours available:-
  • Mornings: 7:00am – 2:00pm
  • Evenings: 4:00pm – 11:00pm
• Ongoing training and support

To be eligible, applicants must be available to work at least one evening each week and some hours alternate weekends.

• Applicants must hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle
• We are unable to offer Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role

The Role:

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our clients in their own homes across Hampshire and Surrey, providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with clients, their families, and our team. You'll be supported by our experienced care management team to ensure your success and career growth.

Responsibilities:

As a Home Care Assistant, you will be required to help clients in the community with:

• Medication
• Personal Care
• Meal preparation and nutrition
• Shopping
