Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Residential Surveyor based in Taunton with home-based responsibilities and site travel across the South West. The role offers a salary of £35,000–£45,000 plus mileage, support towards Chartership, and company benefits.

You will work within a specialist building surveying business delivering Homebuyer and Building surveys with flexibility and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Homebuyer (Level 2) and Building (Level 3) surveys.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team.
• Strong communication and report presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Home-based with travel to Bristol, Bath, Swindon and Gloucester for surveys.
• Maintain excellent relationships with existing and new clients.
• Support professional development, including Chartership.
