Job summary

Courtney Smith is seeking a national, home-based Business Development professional to drive sales of insulated roofing, cladding and facade panels for UK data centre developments. You will engage with developers, end users, architects and Tier 1 main contractors, influencing product selection early in project design.

The role is consultative and relation-led, demanding strong BD skills and experience managing high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities from initial identification to order.

Qualifications

• Experience in data centre sector and complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Proven track record in specification-led sales to developers, architects and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new data centre construction projects across the UK.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales from identification through to order and delivery.
• Sell complete building envelope solutions in a consultative, specification-led approach.
