ICON Health Economics & Epidemiology is seeking a Lead Consultant to head systematic reviews/evidence synthesis from a home-based setting. You will direct projects, manage client relationships, and guide a global team in delivering high-quality analyses for pharmaceutical and device sectors.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field, significant consultancy experience, and strong leadership and mentoring abilities to drive departmental growth.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in public health, health economics or related quantitative discipline.
• Experience designing and leading systematic literature reviews (SLRs) or evidence synthesis.
• Significant consultancy/industry experience; management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team of junior analysts and develop staff.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with high self-motivation and leadership potential.

Responsabilidades

• Act as project director and manage SLRs/evidence synthesis to meet client requirements.
• Lead proposal development for SLRs and targeted literature reviews.
• Oversee resourcing, staff development and department growth.
• Provide strategic contributions and lead business development and proposals.
• Mentor junior reviewers and provide training and support.
• Lead publications and scientific communications for self and team.
• Direct and manage proposals, projects and client liaison.
• Support senior leadership in business strategy implementation.
