Job summary

Lumanity is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead evidence review projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in the UK. You will manage systematic literature reviews, assess evidence for HTA/JCAs, and guide junior colleagues, while contributing to client relationships and business development.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team across evidence review, statistics, health economics, and epidemiology to deliver high-quality outputs and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in epidemiology, pharmaceutical sciences, public health, biostatistics, or related health sciences.
• 5+ years in evidence synthesis with independent management of systematic and targeted literature reviews.
• Strong understanding of systematic review methodology with ability to resolve issues with limited oversight.
• Experience synthesising complex evidence and translating findings into client-ready conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience managing projects/workstreams and coordinating timelines and junior team members.
• Experience engaging in client meetings and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of HTA requirements across major markets including EU HTA Regulation and JCA.
• Experience with indirect treatment comparison feasibility assessments and methods such as network meta-analysis, MAIC, and STC is desirable.
• Experience contributing to proposals, business development, or client account development is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, delivery, and interpretation of evidence review projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
• Manage evidence reviews, including literature reviews, evidence landscape assessments, HTA submissions, and JCAs.
• Provide senior methodological input on quality, relevance, and applicability of evidence.
• Synthesize findings across studies and translate into client reports and presentations.
• Coordinate workstreams, timelines, and junior team members; support client communication.
