Job summary
GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking an IT Service Engineer for a home-based role covering Surrey and London with travel to customer sites. You will support a modern MSP, handling first and second line incidents, and visiting client sites to install and configure hardware.
The role offers £27,000–£30,000 per year, with growth opportunities in 2nd line, projects, or technical specialist paths. You’ll work from home, spend time on-site, and develop expertise across Microsoft 365,
Qualifications
- Experience in MSP or B2B IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Windows 11, macOS and iOS.
- Excellent communication and customer service; proactive problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Handle queries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
- Diagnose and resolve 1st/2nd line issues.
- Log and manage tickets with updates.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Customer onsite visits.
- Install, configure, and deploy new hardware.
- Assist with project rollouts and migrations.
- Build guides and document processes.
