Job summary

National Skills Agency Ltd is seeking an Estate & Lettings Agent Tutor to manage a caseload of apprentices, delivering high-quality training, coaching and mentoring to support achievement and progression to gateway and end-point assessment.

The role involves delivering Level 2 Junior Estate Agent, Level 3 Housing & Property Management, and Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management courses. Applicants should have relevant teaching qualifications and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and maths at grade 4-9 or equivalent.
• Level 3 teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
• CAVA and/or IQA qualification.
• Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and quality standards.
• Experience delivering training and supporting learners.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices.
• Manage caseload and monitor learner progress.
• Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and employers.
• Set targets and identify skills gaps.
• Provide feedback for gateway and end-point assessment.
