Nigel Frank International is recruiting a Dynamics 365 CE Consultant with strong Field Service experience to support, configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CE across the business. You will work with stakeholders and partners to implement improvements and deployments, focusing on Field Service capabilities and broader CE applications.
The role involves gathering requirements, translating business needs into functional D365 solutions, and leading testing, training and documentation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE functional consultant or similar.
- Strong hands-on Field Service experience.
- Experience with work orders, bookings, resource scheduling and operations.
- Proficient in configuring Forms, Views, Business Rules, Security Roles and Dataverse.
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Power Platform.
Responsabilités
- Support, configure and enhance D365 CE, with a focus on Field Service.
- Gather requirements from users and stakeholders and translate into solutions.
- Lead and support testing, regression testing, documentation and user training.
- Support integrations, data flows and change requests with internal and external teams.
- Troubleshoot system issues ensuring alignment with Microsoft releases.
- Contribute to development of wider D365 CE capabilities across Sales and Customer Service.
