IPS Group is recruiting a Development Underwriter for Care & Charity across Scotland. You will develop broker relationships, assess opportunities, and drive profitable growth in a market-facing, home-based role with regular travel across Scotland.

This position suits an ambitious underwriter who can balance underwriting discipline with a commercial mindset. You will build partnerships with brokers, negotiate terms, and contribute to growth within a well-established Care and Charity portfolio,

Qualifications

• Underwrite and assess new opportunities with sound commercial judgment.
• Develop and maintain profitable growth within Care & Charity portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Build new broker relationships across Scotland.

• Travel across Scotland with occasional Leeds/London visits.
