Prestige Nursing & Care in Dartford is seeking a Complex Care Nurse for an office-based role serving adults and children in the community. The post requires solid nursing experience, a flexible approach and commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centered care at home and in client settings.

The role includes leading clinical care delivery, training carers, managing a client caseload and working with MDT colleagues to plan and review care, with some travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with NMC PIN and active registration.
• Minimum 3 years clinical nursing experience including community or hospital setting.
• Excellent communication and IT skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the clinical components of care delivery.
• Manage a client caseload and coordinate with MDTs.
• Provide training and supervision to non-registered staff.
• Ensure high-quality complex care in clients' homes and communities.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and national standards.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and safety.
