CCH is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client at home in Northfleet. The role involves managing a range of complex clinical needs, regular monitoring, and clear communication with the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with tracheostomy and ventilation, a full UK driving licence, and a patient, adaptable approach. This role offers up to £15 per hour and a variety of shifts.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilation is required.
• Non-verbal client communication support experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support adult client at home with complex clinical needs.
• Monitor health conditions and respond to changes.
• Facilitate alternative communication methods for a non-verbal client.
