CCH Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support an adult client at home in Northfleet. The role involves managing complex clinical needs, monitoring health, and supporting eye gaze communication for a non-verbal client.

Applicants should have a full UK driving licence and experience with tracheostomy and ventilation. Training is provided, and opportunities for progression exist within CCH Group.

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Tracheostomy and Ventilation.
• Desirable: PEG Feeding, Suctioning, Catheter Care, Bowel Management (Manual Evacuation), Medication Administration, Moving & Handling Equipment, Communication Skills For Non-Verbal Clients.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult client in their home with complex clinical needs requiring regular monitoring.
• Encourage and support alternative communication methods for a non-verbal client using eye gaze technology.
• Demonstrate empathy, patience and reliability as part of a cohesive care team.
