Job summary
GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth by opening new doors and creating commercial opportunities for electrical services, compliance support, reactive maintenance and project work. You will qualify opportunities, introduce clients to the right technical or commercial staff, and source tender opportunities for submission.

Qualifications
- : Experience in building commercial relationships with landlords, agents, facilities managers or contractors.
- : Proactive approach to identifying and qualifying opportunities and introducing customers to the business.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach new commercial customers for electrical services, compliance and project work.
- Build relationships with landlords, letting agents, property managers and other decision makers.
- Act as an introducer to generate quotes by connecting prospects with the internal team.
- Arrange meetings, calls and site visits; source tender opportunities from portals and frameworks.
- Support tender writing, coordination and submission; maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities to convert to confirmed work.
