Vitabiotics Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager (pharmacy) to cover the North East England from a home-based base.

The role focuses on developing existing pharmacy relationships and securing new business with independent pharmacies and health food stores across the North East. You will travel regularly within the territory, maintain relationships, train staff, and drive sales growth while meeting monthly, quarterly and annual targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales within vitamins/healthcare/pharmacy/FMCG.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organised with effective territory planning.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proficient using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing pharmacy accounts across the North East region.
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to expand distribution.
• Build strong, long-term relationships within this sector.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Present new products and expand shelf space and portfolio of products.
• Deliver product training and educational support to pharmacy staff.
• Analyse territory performance and develop strategic business plans to maximise sales opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular insights to the wider business.
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting using the company IT systems.
• Attend quarterly sales team meetings at Vitabiotics London head office.
