Vitabiotics Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager (pharmacy) for North East England. This home-based role covers the North East with regular travel, aiming to grow existing pharmacy relationships and secure new business opportunities across independent pharmacies and health food stores.

You will deliver product training, expand shelf space, and achieve targets while working in a field sales environment. A strong track record in health/ FMCG sales and full UK driving license are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Great field sales experience within vitamins, supplements, healthcare, pharmacy, FMCG, or a related industry
• Proven ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Strong business development and account management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Highly organised with effective territory planning skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Full UK driving licence
• Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop a portfolio of existing pharmacy accounts across the North East region
• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to expand distribution.
• Build strong, long-term relationships within this sector
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Present new products and expand shelf space and portfolio of products.
• Deliver product training and educational support to pharmacy staff
• Analyse territory performance and develop strategic business plans to maximise sales opportunities
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular insights to the wider business
• Ensure excellent execution of promotional campaigns and in-store merchandising
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting using the company IT systems
• Attend quarterly sales team meetings at Vitabiotics London head office.
