About The Role

In your role as a Home Administrator at HC-One, you’ll have one key quality that sets you apart: unparalleled kindness. As a Home Administrator, you will manage administrative systems and processes to support the effective running of our services. This includes maintaining financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, and processing payroll and HR information—all with Resident wellbeing as the priority.

We are looking for someone with an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and experience supporting busy office environments. You should have excellent Microsoft Office skills, strong time management, and organizational abilities. Beyond technical skills, your positive energy and ability to get along with people are essential. You will communicate considerately and kindly with Residents and colleagues alike.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional related training. You should also be able to seek advice and report concerns, escalating issues when necessary.
