Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager to lead staff, training, and store operations in Leicester. You will drive customer engagement, maintain brand presentation, and develop management talent along with a strong customer focus on fashion trends.

You will oversee staffing, payroll, inventory, and omni-channel operations while upholding company standards and protecting assets. Proven leadership in retail is required.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.

Job description

The Store Manager is the leader of their location. They are responsible for staffing, training, developing, and retaining both part-time and full-time staff, including career development for management. They are accountable for all store operations, including hours management, Asset Protection, salesfloor and stockroom organization. They uphold company standards and policies, with a focus on store experience by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and adhering to brand presentation standards.

What You’ll Do
