Overview

Responsibilities
  • Act as Floor Supervisor to ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience; provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
  • Be part of the store leadership team and drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.
  • Open and close the store as part of the routine.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness; understand business needs and proactively think through solutions.
  • Utilize register/point of sale systems and support asset protection, visual displays, system skills, and work scheduling requirements.
  • Schedule will vary weekly and is expected to be at least 16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays.
  • During peak periods, hours may increase to support business needs.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma / GED equivalent preferred.
  • Retail Experience: At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
  • Supervisor/Managerial Experience: No supervisory/management experience required.
  • Customer focus, communication, interpersonal skills, fashion trend knowledge, and an outgoing, assertive, adaptable, and stress-tolerant demeanor.
  • Multi-tasking, applied learning, work ethic, and ability to work in an omni‑channel environment.
