Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Leicester is seeking a Retail Assistant to welcome customers and guide them to products that fit their wellness goals. You'll deliver friendly service, recommend solutions and keep shelves stocked, while supporting promotions and maintaining high store standards.

You'll join a collaborative team and complete the Qualified to Advise training to grow product knowledge, with training and opportunities to develop in a busy health-focused retailer.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Be Doing
