National Trust seeks a Holidays Operation Assistant to prepare our Ickworth holiday cottages in Bury St Edmunds. You’ll clean thoroughly between guest stays, ensure a welcoming presentation, and report repairs or replace broken items from store supplies. PPE is provided and guest service matters.

We value teamwork, strong organisation, adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills in a busy hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• On changeover days, ensure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well-presented and welcoming.
• Watch for anything not as it should be and report repairs or odd jobs that need doing.
• Replace any broken items from the store supplies if needed.
• Full PPE is provided for all teams.
