Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate in Birmingham for 15 hours per week during the peak season. Start time is 9:00am. The role covers stores in Birmingham with occasional travel to other stores within the zone.

It is temporary until 26/12/2026 and includes shift patterns, a £12.71 hourly rate, and various benefits. You will work alongside a Team Leader, receive coaching, and use multiple apps to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising product to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Work with host management teams to improve sales.
