Job summary

DCKgroup is recruiting for a Christmas Retail Associate in Manchester for 15 hours per week during the peak Christmas period. A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

The role involves supporting stores across the zone, with shifts starting at 9:00am and a pattern of three days across Mon–Fri. You will merchandise to guidelines, handle stock deliveries, and help create a welcoming customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to visual guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Work with host management teams to improve sales.
