Job summary

Away Resorts at Sandy Balls Holiday Village is seeking friendly, proactive Holiday Heroes to help keep guests safe by day and night. The role combines security with guest assistance in a busy holiday park environment.

The position is seasonal with variable hours, paid £12.95 per hour and paid weekly. You will welcome visitors at the park entrance, patrol on foot and by vehicle, handle out-of-hours requests, and be ready to step in during emergencies, including bank holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests at the park entrance and monitoring access.
• Patrolling the park by foot and vehicle to keep perimeters secure.
• Assisting guests with out-of-hours problems and handling emergencies.
