Responsibilities include plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, and DIY work across the park, with a focus on safety and record-keeping. A DBS check is required, and weekends/holidays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in general maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
• Practical skills in DIY, repairs, and maintenance tasks with hand tools and gardening equipment.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks across the holiday park, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and general DIY duties.
• Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues, ensuring safe and operational condition.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues to maintain high service standards.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health and safety regulations to create a safe environment.
• Undertake gardening and landscaping tasks including mowing lawns, weeding, planting, and presenting outdoor areas.
