Job summary

Haven is seeking a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our UK team. This full-time role blends dynamic sales with outstanding guest experiences, helping families secure their dream holiday home across our beloved parks.

You’ll receive top-tier product training, ongoing support, and best-in-class tools to close deals with integrity. In a target-driven environment, you will build lasting relationships with customers and owners, benefit from generous commission and an OTE of around £50k, and enjoy

Qualifications

• Experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales.
• Excellent communication, self-motivated, confident, and customer-focused.
• Target-driven with ability to close deals while maintaining satisfaction.
• Understanding of financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales positions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You're an outstanding communicator who is self-motivated, confident, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
• Results-Driven Sales Professional: Experienced in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales. Your ability to close deals while building customer satisfaction will be key to success in this role.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus. Your understanding of these areas will help provide clients with clear and accurate information.
• Full UK Driving License: Beneficial but not essential for the role.
