Job summary

Haven is seeking a Holiday Home Advisor to join our team. You will help families secure their dream holiday home with robust product training and ongoing support.

Build lasting bonds with owners through seamless part-exchange experiences while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction in a target-driven role. The ideal candidate has proven sales experience, exceptional communication, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in caravan sales, car sales, estate agency or similar sales roles.
• Exceptional communication skills with self-motivation and customer focus.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with high-value sales and closing deals.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Full UK Driving Licence is beneficial but not required.

Position: Holiday Home Advisor Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: Industry leading base salary, plus commission – OTE 50k plus!

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales positions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You’re an outstanding communicator who is self-motivated, confident, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
• Results-Driven Sales Professional: Experienced in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales. Your ability to close deals while building customer satisfaction will be key to success in this role.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus. Your understanding of these areas will help provide clients with clear and accurate information.
• Full UK Driving License: Beneficial but not essential for the role.
