Job summary

Haven is hiring a Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join its UK parks. You will convert inquiries into holiday home sales, guided by thorough product training and ongoing support.

You'll build relationships with owners, handle part-exchange opportunities, and drive high-value deals in a target-driven environment, while delivering outstanding customer experiences and maintaining integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in relevant roles such as caravan sales, car sales, or estate agency.
• This role requires exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Experience in a target-driven environment with high-value sales is essential.
• Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
• Having a full UK driving license is beneficial but not essential.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales positions.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: You're an outstanding communicator who is self-motivated, confident, and genuinely passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
• Results-Driven Sales Professional: Experienced in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales. Your ability to close deals while building customer satisfaction will be key to success in this role.
• Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus. Your understanding of these areas will help provide clients with clear and accurate information.
• Full UK Driving License: Beneficial but not essential for the role.
