Job summary

Haven is seeking a motivated Holiday Home Sales Advisor to join our busy sales team. Help families find their perfect holiday home across Haven’s parks, delivering exceptional service from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.

You will build relationships with new and existing clients, guide them through seamless part-exchange experiences, and work towards ambitious targets with integrity and transparency. Training is provided to ensure success and career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles such as caravan sales, car sales, or estate agency is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with targets and commission-based earnings.

Responsibilities

• Assist families in selecting their dream holiday home at Haven.
• Build lasting relationships with existing owners and guide part-exchange processes.

Your ability to close deals while building customer satisfaction will be key to success in this role.Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
