Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in our Food section to be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer. You will deliver five-star service at pace, assist customers with product knowledge, and adapt to busy store conditions.

You'll use Sparks App and in-store devices to help customers find, select and buy what they need, while embracing flexibility to work across different store areas during peak times, including Sundays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Frontline customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work in a high-pressure retail environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools and apps on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace and confidently advise customers.
• Assist across store areas as needed, maintaining flexibility.
• Promote and sell new food products to shoppers using knowledge.
