You’ll work with knowledge of M&S Food products, roll up your sleeves day in, day out to meet strong customer demand. You’ll use Sparks and in-store devices to enhance the experience and help customers find what they need.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the shop floor with a friendly, efficient approach.
• Promote and sell M&S Food products, responding to customer requests and questions.
• Support across store areas as needed to ensure smooth operations.
