Job summary

Places for People Group is seeking an energetic entertainer to run holiday activities for children aged 5–13 across our centres. You will deliver arts, crafts, sports and swimming activities, creating a fun yet safe atmosphere in a team setting.

Experience in customer service is beneficial, and you will follow plans while adapting to a dynamic schedule and group needs. Safeguarding is central to the role and our values.

Qualifications

• Working with children aged between five and thirteen years is a job for someone with extraordinary skills.
• You’ll follow some set plans, but this structured approach needs to produce a happy environment.
• Experience in customer service is beneficial for this role.

Working alongside our team in running holiday activities from camps to drop in sessions.

It will be your responsibility to help run fun, interactive and active holiday activities for children at our centres. Running activities from arts and crafts, sports, swimming classes and more – your job is to create that fun and safe atmosphere.

More About You

Working with children aged between five and thirteen years is a job for someone with extraordinary skills.

You'll follow some set plans, but this structured approach needs to produce a happy environment - after all, children could be in your care for anything between a day and several weeks.

So, you'll need to be an energetic entertainer and an enthusiastic performer, who works brilliantly in a team and can adapt whenever necessary.

It would be preferable to have experience of working with children however, experience in a previous role where customer service was your main focus would be extremely beneficial for this role.
