Job summary

Frasers Group is opening a new store in Leeds Designer Outlet and is seeking Supervisors for a 24-month fixed-term contract, working 16-20 hours per week. You will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience and supporting the management team in achieving strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.

You will supervise on the shop floor, lead by example, and help ensure excellent customer service while assisting in stock control and transactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills for a customer-facing role.
• Pride in your work and focus on helping customers.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and suggest complete outfits.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers and delivering great service.
• Maintain a commercial approach, handle transactions accurately and assist with stock control.
• Support Style Advisors and help them grow their knowledge and experience.
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth running of the store.

Home to Phase Eight and Hobbs, we are opening our newest store in Leeds Designer Outlet and are looking for Supervisors to join our team. This is a 24-month fixed term contract, working 16-20 hours per week.

Our Supervisors play a key role in creating a welcoming, high-quality shopping experience that keeps our customers coming back. Collaborative and adaptable, you'll champion the day-to-day running of the store, helping the management team drive strong commercial results and smooth shop-floor operations.

What you'll do:

• Greet, assist, and lead by example on the shop floor, connecting with customers, sharing your passion for style and delivering great service
• Maintain a commercial approach to the role and operations, handling transactions accurately and assisting with stock control processes.
• Use your experience to support our Style Advisors as they grow their own knowledge and experience
• Assist in all tasks to ensure the smooth of the store

Who you'll be:

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Focused and take pride in the work you do with our customers.
• Able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships with customers, recognise their needs and provide the complete outfit they are looking for.
• Ideally experienced in a customer facing environment.
