The Governors at Shuttleworth College are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated HLTA to join the SEND department. This pivotal role is central to ensuring exceptional SEND provision across a year group, working closely with students, families and staff while providing leadership and support to Teaching Assistants to help every student achieve their full potential.
