Aspire People are currently working with a range of different primary schools in Rugby that are looking to recruit multiple HLTAs for September. We have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we're looking for experienced, confident professionals who can support teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2.

This isn't just a support role-it's an opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education across the school.

To be considered for these positions, you must meet the following criteria:
Hold a recognised HLTA qualification
Have at least 2 years of experience working in UK primary schools
Be confident supporting both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
