Job summary

Haverstock School is seeking an outstanding Higher Level Teaching and Learning Assistant to join the H3 Federation ASAP. The role is on NJC Scale 6, term-time only, with a one-year fixed term contract.

You will support students, including those with SEND, deliver small-group interventions, and help drive school development plans. The successful candidate will be committed to safeguarding and will undergo an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with barriers to learning.
• Ability to lead individual and small group interventions.
• Commitment to safeguarding and DBS checks.
• Contribute to school development plans and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead interventions for students with SEND to boost independence.
• Support learning and progress through targeted small-group work.
• Assist teachers with classroom routines and data tracking as part of the school plan.
